Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, we want you to love your brew. If there is an issue with your order or equipment, please let us know.

Return Process

    Email our team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue.

    For damaged equipment or incorrect items, please provide a photo for our quality control team.

    Return Authorization

    If a return is required for non-perishable goods, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.

    Refund Processing

    Once received, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.
